you don't have time to practice yoga for a full hour or more? no problem at all! this 15 minute lowkey hatha flow will give your body and mind just what it needs to feel calm, energized and happy again. If you want a little more challenge, you can stay for 10 instead of 5 breaths in each pose ;)
